Recently completed, this home, designed by Vellum Architecture and Design and constructed by Buchannan Builders, epitomizes architectural innovation and sustainability.

From the project's inception, Mark Rudolf, Principal at Vellum, sought natural, authentic materials that would harmonize with the wooded environment surrounding the home. The exterior features Americana™ thermally modified poplar siding, chosen for its warm, soft texture complementing the crisp and clean modern volumes of the structure. Rudolf appreciated Americana's™ sourcing from Pennsylvania hardwoods, aligning with the project's sustainability ethos. He noted, "The choice of Americana™ not only enhances the aesthetics of the home but also aligns with the practical preferences of the residents."
