A Sustainable Marvel at Omni PGA Resort

Spanning over 100,000 square feet, this project showcases Americana's™ thermally modified Appalachian Ash hardwood products. Americana's™ thermally modified wood emerged as the optimal choice for the resort, offering inherent resilience perfectly suited to endure the extreme hot, cold, and intense sun conditions prevalent in Frisco, Texas.
The Scope
Initiated in late 2021 and completed in March 2023, the installation includes decking, siding, and custom profiles for decorative soffits, baffles, roofing materials, and bench cladding. The scale of the project demonstrates the reliability and aesthetic versatility of thermally modified Ash in high-traffic, luxury commercial environments.
