Americana™ Thermally Modified Wood Decking designs are easy to work with. We use standard symmetrical profiles which can be used with off-the-shelf hidden fasteners. You choose which side of the board you see, and with our structural end joint, the deck can be laid like flooring, with joints floating anywhere between joists. Less waste, less time.
Our Thermally Modified Wood Decking is offered in 6' to 12' long in 1' increments, with maximum 5% 3'/4'/5' long nested in the bundles. Optionally, they can be cut on 16" increments.
While we do not produce Balusters or Posts, we recommend joining two 2x4 or 2x6 pieces together with bolts.

We highly recommend using stainless steel nails/screws for your Americana™ Projects. Stainless steel will not oxidize or rust over time, which means you don’t have to worry about the potential for unpleasant stains appearing on your Americana deck, siding or porch floor.
