Mark Rudolf, Principal at Vellum, chose Americana™ for its crisp volumes and Pennsylvania hardwood sourcing, aligning with the project's sustainability ethos. "The choice of Americana™ not only enhances the aesthetics of the home but also aligns with the practical preferences of the residents," Rudolf noted.
Collaborative Design
The project consists of clean, modern volumes where the primary exterior materials are brick and Americana™ siding. Rudolf commended the collaborative approach, stating that the Americana™ staff swiftly addressed challenges, providing solutions and samples that facilitated a smooth design-to-completion process.
